My story

My journey into Dynamics 365 began over seven years ago as a Business Analyst. However, my curiosity to delve deeper into the world of Dynamics 365 eventually led me to the consultancy, and it has been an exciting ride ever since!

Beyond the world of information technology, my other passion is cooking...

Growing up, I'd watch my mother craft culinary masterpieces with precision, from perfectly cubed vegetables to elegantly plated dishes. This experience taught me the importance of quality and presentation, values that extend far beyond the kitchen and into my professional life. Just as a well-prepared dish delights the senses,

I aim to deliver impeccable functionality and an exceptional user experience.

In addition to my hands-on experience, I have a BA in business management, an International Diploma in Business Analysis, and a few Microsoft certifications. I am only saying that to introduce myself, so don't get me wrong - I don't claim to know everything... (Although my husband might argue otherwise!).

However, I trust these experiences have equipped me with some "by-the-book" approaches and methodologies.

I aim to use and apply these learnings on a daily basis, but I have also created and  developed some of my own rules and ideas.

This journey has led me to the idea of "Power Platform Cookbook" blog, where I share my recipes for the successful delivery of D365 (Sales, Customer Service and Marketing) and Power Platform projects.

​

My focus is to create content that emphasizes the quality and precision of the delivery of technology with the proper use of business analysis and project management. For me, it is not only about the technology and the new features, but also working directly with the users and user-centred design.

​

While there's a wealth of resources out there, I believe there's room to address some practical guidance and the "how" of things and not just about the "what" on the D365 & Power Platform projects.

​

So, even if you're new to the D365 and Power Platform world or a seasoned pro, my goal is to spark some conversations and inspire improvement. I’ve worked with many other consultants, architects and project managers, but their knowledge, approach and opinions were quite different. Who should set the expectations and define the best practices? Who ensures quality and consistency on your projects? Are we all on the same page? Let's explore these questions together to see if my recipes can enhance your flavours too.
